Who we are
Beth, Ewa, and Ted
TriCore Buildings might be a new name, but we're anything but new to the steel building industry.
Ewa and Ted got their start in construction back in 1996. In 2002, as demand for steel buildings grew, we added that to what we did — buying, selling, and erecting buildings through T&E International Inc. In 2012, we got into manufacturing ourselves through HCI Steel Buildings LLC. Between our decades in the trades and our years in this industry, we've personally built, erected, and designed more of these buildings than most people will ever set foot in.
Beth joined us in 2021 and brings the warmth a lot of companies our size can't offer — she's the one who'll remember the details of your project and make you feel like a person, not a ticket number. And Ewa keeps us honest on paper, making sure compliance and the details that protect you are handled right, every time.
Ted has since retired from the manufacturing side, and we're moving out of state for more sunshine and to be closer to family, but our passion for helping people put up the right building hasn't gone anywhere. These days, Beth and Ewa are the ones running TriCore day to day — carrying that experience forward into every project we help configure.

A pre-engineered metal building, or PEMB, is a steel structure designed and fabricated off-site to your project's specifications, then shipped as a kit for assembly. Does TriCore construct or install the building?
No. TriCore supplies engineered steel building packages and components. Site preparation, foundations, installation, and finish work are contracted separately by the customer.

Yes. You can purchase a complete engineered building package, components and accessories only, or replacement materials.
How is the building designed for my local conditions?
